PRIVACY POLICY.

Last updated: September 2026. Shabawearz operates this WooCommerce store from Nigeria. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@shabawearz.biz.

Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we may collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order details and account information. We also receive technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address and cookie data needed to operate, secure and improve the store.

How we use it

• Process payments, orders, delivery, returns and customer support.
• Keep your account and shopping experience working correctly.
• Prevent fraud, protect the website and meet legal or accounting obligations.
• Improve our products, content and service. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can opt out.

Payments via Paystack

Card payments are processed securely by Paystack. Shabawearz does not store your full card details. Paystack may process payment and transaction data under its own privacy and security practices so it can authorise and settle your payment.

Who receives data

We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers such as Paystack, hosting and security providers, delivery partners, email services and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect customers, Shabawearz or the public.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the basket, checkout, login and security features working. Optional analytics or marketing technologies may help us understand how the store is used. Browser settings can limit cookies, although parts of the shop may then work less well.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also object to certain uses or withdraw marketing consent. Contact us and include enough information for us to verify and handle the request safely.
