These terms apply when you browse Shabawearz, buy a ready-to-wear product or request a custom piece. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products and availability

We aim to present colours, images and product details accurately. Small differences can occur between screens and finished products. Availability may change and an item is not reserved until an order is confirmed.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through the secure methods offered at checkout. An order may be placed on hold if payment cannot be confirmed.

3. Custom orders

Please review names, numbers, sizes, colours and artwork before approving a custom order. Production starts after the details and payment arrangement are confirmed. Personalised products normally cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they arrive faulty or differ materially from the approved design.

4. Delivery

Delivery timing depends on product availability, customisation and destination. We will use the contact details supplied with the order to communicate important updates. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns and order issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement, repair or refund option.
